A thinking companion for when it matters
Mentoré is a personal coaching tool built for moments of transition, uncertainty, and growth. Not an app you open out of habit—one you trust when it counts.
What Makes This Different
Most tools feel like a productivity system disguised as reflection. They over-coach, over-analyze, or push artificial positivity. They treat users as data points instead of people.
Mentoré listens first. It remembers context. It reflects patterns back without judgment or urgency. It's not trying to "fix" you—it's helping you understand yourself more clearly.
Values
Clarity over noise
Fewer features, better questions. Every element earns its place.
User autonomy
You stay in control. No manipulation, no dependency, no engagement tricks.
Calm by design
Emotionally grounded, not dopamine-driven. Reflection should feel peaceful.
On Privacy
Your reflections are yours—full stop. Mentoré is built with a privacy-first mindset: minimal data collection, no selling data, no engagement hacking. Trust isn't a feature; it's the foundation.

Mentoré was built by a full-stack engineer with a background in UI/UX design. Having worked as the sole developer in agencies and startups, he has shipped production apps end-to-end—from architecture to deployment—using modern stacks like Next.js and Supabase.
Personal development has been a constant thread—through travel, yoga teacher training, strength training, improv, and reflective practices.
"I don't believe reflection should feel like homework. I built this because I wanted a tool that feels like a conversation—one that helps you zoom out, spot patterns, and make clearer decisions in your real life."
Why I Built This
Journaling apps capture thoughts, but they don't help you understand them. AI coaching apps offer advice, but often without context, continuity, or trust.
I wanted something that could hold long-term context, ask better questions instead of just giving answers, and help me see the bigger picture when I felt stuck, tired, or scattered.
There wasn't a single dramatic moment—more a slow accumulation of "this should exist by now." Mentoré is the tool I wanted during moments of transition, fatigue, and decision-making. Something calmer, more thoughtful, and more human.
